We often heard that young students are the pillars of India. I can bet you 1 lakh that everyone would have heard it atleast once in thier life. But was it really true. Young students or young people are the pillars of india but the pillars which are not constructed properly will surely lead to the colapse of building itself. Thats what happening here right now. Children without proper fundamental base will destruct the development of country just as the pillar do. All the children are just like GOD below the age of 5. But its thier friends or teachers or parents who make them to grow in a negative manner. More importanly CINEMA plays a important role in the negative side of children. Only 10% of child get benefited from todays cinema. Role of parents and teachers is important in every child.

PARENTS : Almost all the parents, specially in India motivate their children to score high marks but never to live a morally sound person. Every children experience thier first pressure from thier parents. Its hard to see parents who let their children to grow in thier own way.

TEACHER: I get scared first on seeing my teacher as all other do. We can appriciate if it was useful in someway. Teacher use to hurt us to score high marks in thier subject. I had a very good experience in my younger days. My teacher beat me for writting a poem in school that too in free time. I would have become a poet or something like that if she had appriciated me.

FRIENDS: Friendship is only thing through which we can easily determine the character of mass group. youngstres behave in a indescent manner in the name of friendship. Young students of below 15 years of age use filthy words. Its really shocking that nearly 1/2 of the student speak such bad words.

CINEMA: The most important factor. Its spoils every cells of body without much strain. Ofcourse once in a year one good movie will be released. But the students are in no mood to listen the moto of movie but to punch dialoge of heros and dresses of actress.

I can assure u that Cream students of every class have a aim to become to engineer or doctors.. But think of our country if they enter into politics or Civil services. Every Cream layer students have a aim of becoming rich man by working in some Big MNC at foreign or at local. They are ready to throw their parents and friends if someone gives handfull of money.

Young guns of today are working like a machine to earn money ofcourse money is a important factor to live life but its not a only factor to lead life. Every children people have their own talents but only few realise it at right time. Inspiration and Motivation is the thing which helps to ride a boat. Hard work is the boat which lead you to sea shore.

I dont say not all the parents, friends or teacher demotivaes the young gun because you cant see this article if my friend and parents motivate me.
